Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RangMudra website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Products & Orders

All products listed on RangMudra are handcrafted using natural dyes and wooden block printing techniques. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and texture are inherent and not considered defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

Workshops & Bookings

Workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued. Participants are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or significantly different from the listing. Please write to us at rangmudrabengaluru@gmail.com with photographs of the item to initiate a return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, block-print designs, text, and the RangMudra wordmark — is the exclusive intellectual property of RangMudra Studio. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

RangMudra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
