Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each RangMudra piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared, quality-checked, and packaged before dispatch. During peak seasons or for custom workshop-related orders, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery Timelines

Orders within Bengaluru are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Orders to other cities within India take 5–7 business days. We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

Delivery is charged at India Post Speed Post rates, worked out at checkout from the parcel's weight and the distance to your PIN code. You will see the exact fee before you pay. For bulky items or special packaging requests, additional charges may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your shipment. You can also view your order status in the My Orders section of your profile.

Packaging

We take care to package every order thoughtfully. Products are wrapped in recycled tissue paper, sealed with our branded stamp, and placed in a kraft box or mailer bag. We consciously avoid single-use plastics in our packaging — in keeping with RangMudra's commitment to sustainable craft.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and write to us at rangmudrabengaluru@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund within 10 business days.
