RangMudra Refund Policy
At RangMudra, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, as our workshops require significant preparation and have limited seating, we have the following Cancellation & Refund Policy in place:
- Cancellation 30+ Days Prior to the Workshop: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the workshop date, you are entitled to a 75% refund of the total workshop fee.
- Cancellation 10 to 30 Days Prior to the Workshop: If you cancel your booking between 10 to 30 days before the workshop date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total workshop fee.
- Cancellation 2 to 10 Days Prior to the Workshop: If you cancel your booking between 2 to 10 days before the workshop, you will be refunded 25% of the total workshop fee.
- Cancellation 0 to 2 Days Prior to the Workshop: No refund will be given for cancellations made within 0 to 2 days of the workshop date.
Additional Terms:
- Notification: All cancellations must be notified to us in writing via email. The cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation of your cancellation from us.
- Transfer of Booking: Booking is non-transferable.
- RangMudra’s Right to Cancel: RangMudra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a future workshop.
- Non-Attendance: No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Workshop Policies
- BYOC POLICY: We're proud to introduce our BYOC (Bring Your Own Clothes) policy. This initiative encourages you to bring your own fabric (1m or less) or pre-loved garments to our workshops, giving them a new lease of life with beautiful block prints. Not only does this reduce textile waste, but it also allows you to personalize your wardrobe with unique, eco-friendly designs. Join us in making a positive impact on the environment while unleashing your creativity!
- Registration and Payment: Participants must register in advance for workshops. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
- Printing Workspace: Each of our workshops includes space on our printing table. Each guest has access to a minimum of 1.2m x 30cm printing area. Exception only for "Print Your Saree" workshop, which includes 1.2m x 30cm
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to settle in.
- Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting stained with ink or dye.
- Respectful Conduct: Treat fellow participants, instructors, and studio equipment with respect. Maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
- Photography and Social Media: Photography is allowed, but please respect the privacy of others and ask for permission before taking photos of their work. Feel free to share your experience on social media and tag RangMudra!
- Clean-up: Participants are expected to clean their workspace and return all tools and materials to their designated places at the end of the workshop.
- Celebration of Handmade: Block printing is a perfectly imperfect act sometimes. In this respect, sometimes misprinting happens during our workshops. We cannot be held responsible for replacing or fixing any misprints.

Shipping and Delivery

Welcome to RangMudra. We are dedicated to delivering our handcrafted textiles and conducting our workshops with the utmost care and efficiency. Below you will find the details of our shipping and delivery policy.
Shipping Process All orders are processed within [number] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes RangMudra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages RangMudra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
